Felt and Yarn bags the 2nd position as the second top handicraft exporter for fiscal year FY 2077/78. Felt and Yarn received the award for being the 1st Runner Up in the handicraft exporter's top list.
On the occasion of the Federation of Handicraft Associations of Nepal’s (FHAN) Golden Jubilee celebration function held at The Everest Hotel, the top 3 exporter companies each received a trophy with certificates. Owner and founder, as well as an executive member of FHAN Sunita Sherpa, received the award for Felt and Yarn.
The award function was attended by Honourable Vice President Mr. Nanda Bahadur Pun with other delegates from the federation as well as other handicraft business persons. Everest Fashion became the top exporter, while Bagmati Arts and Handicraft became the third top exporter.
The president, senior vice president, and other delegates of the association stated about the current issues faced by the handicraft industry. Similarly, chief guest Vice President Pun assured to eradicate the problems with more flexible laws, rules, and regulations for handicraft companies.
Felt and Yarn celebrated the milestone with all the team members.
